Livermead House has several Function Rooms ideal for any Function from a private Business Meeting for 6 people to a Gran Banquet for over 200 covers :-

Devonshire Room 

Small private intimate dining area with open log fire

Torbay Suite

Fantastic views are had by this open plan function room

Kingsley Suite

(with Private Bar, Dance Floor and Garden Terrace)

A long slightly curved function room on the garden with good sea view, very popular with special family occasions such as Birthdays and Wedding Receptions.

Regency & Cockington Suites

(with Private Bar, 1800sq ft Sprung Canadian Maple Dance Floor)

A quite simply superb custom built function room, with masses of space, huge dance floor and private bar.  (can be used in conjunction with the Kingsley Suite, therefore providing 2 Bars)  This room has also a large sound proof partitian if required.  Once in place the larger section is know as The Regency Suite and the smaller section is know as The Cockington Suite

The Dining Room

Recently refurbished in a very grand style is the Dining Room.  In the Regency style, the Royal blues and golds make for a fantastic event. Suitable for any sit down function , from a Wedding to a Business Banquet.
