AA Award Winning Head Chef Tony Hetherington hosts this elegant, Edwardian, candlelit Restaurant with his Brigade providing a magnificent setting for a stunning evening meal. Tony was previously Head Chef at the Orestone Manor where he won & maintained a 2 AA Rosette rating for 4 years. The Livermead House is also awarded with the top award of 5 for Food Hygiene. 
 
With discreet and attentive silver service, a wealth of fine wines and the joys of a award winning locally sourced modern British cuisine, you will find it very much the flavour. All ingredients are sourced Locally wherever possible with fantastic locally caught seafood from Torbay and surrounding waters. 
 
As the melodies of the Grand Piano float down the room, few can fail to be impressed by such a delightfully romantic setting. 
 
The twinkling lights of the Bay, like brilliant little stars, encourage a slower pace, helping to make your dining pleasurable and enjoyable experience.

The Dining Room is open 7 days a week for Breakfast and Dinner and Lunch every Sunday. The Dining Room is also available for lunches with a prior booking. Our 4-Course Dinner is priced at £29.50 per person & our 3-Course Traditional Sunday Lunch is priced at £15.95 per person. 
 
If you are booked on Dinner, Room and Breakfast terms, a table will be allocated for you. However if you are on Room and Breakfast terms booking early is advised as this is a popular Restaurant with Hotel Guests and Locals alike.
